rvaji Platform Agreement

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on rvaji, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and rvaji. This agreement governs all use of the Platform including browsing, registration, deposit, wagering, withdrawal, and participation in promotions. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and by accepting these terms you do so both on your own behalf and on that person's behalf.

2.2 Amendments to Terms

rvaji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your Account.

2.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the betting and gaming features of the rvaji Platform, you must register a Player Account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements and obligations.

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

You are only permitted to open and maintain an Account on rvaji if all of the following conditions are satisfied at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. rvaji strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. Players under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering or wagering.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any business or organisation.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by rvaji or any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which rvaji subscribes.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by rvaji for reasons of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering an Account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. rvaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. rvaji reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated wagers, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rvaji is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable identity documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Supporting address verification may also be requested. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity carried out using your login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify rvaji support immediately at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rvaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). rvaji supports a range of locally relevant payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rvaji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• bKash mobile banking
• Nagad mobile financial service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay mobile wallet
• Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking
• City Bank internet banking
• BRAC Bank internet banking

The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. rvaji reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any payment method without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited. rvaji reserves the right to reverse any deposit found to originate from a third-party source and may suspend the associated Player Account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be communicated on the withdrawal page within the Player Account.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in the withdrawable balance.
• rvaji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus values on rvaji are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Players are not subject to currency conversion fees on the rvaji platform for transactions conducted in Taka.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the rvaji Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets, casino games, and special events are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Placing Bets

A bet is considered placed and binding once it has been confirmed by the rvaji system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where rvaji expressly provides a cash-out or early settlement feature for the relevant market. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections, stakes, and bet types before confirming any wager.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. rvaji reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players, markets, or game types at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases where irregular or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

5.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are available for selected cricket fixtures including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, as well as for other sports markets offered on the Platform. Odds on live markets update continuously to reflect match conditions. rvaji reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle live markets at any time where circumstances warrant, including due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or irregular market activity.

5.4 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official data source recognised by rvaji. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, rvaji's determination — based on available official data — shall be final and binding. Settlements are processed in Bangladeshi Taka and credited to the Player's Account balance promptly following result confirmation.

5.5 Casino Game Rules

All RNG casino games available on the rvaji Platform use certified random number generator technology. Live dealer games are provided by licensed studio partners including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' specific game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any casino game, you acknowledge that the house edge is a structural feature of casino gaming and that outcomes are determined by chance.

5.6 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or system behaviour — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures — rvaji reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. rvaji shall not be liable for any winnings generated as a result of a manifest error.

Bonuses & Promotions

rvaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

6.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to Players who meet the specified eligibility criteria at the time of the promotion. rvaji reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where rvaji has reason to believe the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or otherwise acting in bad faith.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements for each promotion are detailed in the applicable promotional terms. As a general principle:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published with each promotion.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• rvaji reserves the right to amend wagering requirements with reasonable notice.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome offer as displayed on the Platform at the time of registration. Welcome Bonuses are available to new Players only — one per household, device, IP address, and payment method — and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

rvaji periodically runs promotions tied to specific sporting events, including BPL season, T20 World Cup matches featuring Bangladesh, and ICC tournaments, as well as cultural occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions have fixed start and end dates and are subject to availability. rvaji is not obligated to continue or renew any seasonal promotion beyond its stated period.

6.5 Abuse of Promotions

rvaji actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; exploiting technical errors or loopholes to obtain promotional credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, rvaji reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rvaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

7.1 Fraud and Dishonest Activity

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including chargebacks initiated in bad faith after wagering activity has taken place.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Match Fixing and Corruption

Any Player found to be involved — directly or indirectly — in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available for betting on rvaji will have their Account immediately suspended and funds withheld pending investigation. Such cases will be referred to the appropriate sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies. rvaji cooperates fully with anti-corruption bodies including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit in relation to cricket-related integrity matters.

7.3 Money Laundering

The rvaji Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Players must only deposit funds that originate from legitimate personal income or savings. rvaji reserves the right to freeze Account balances, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where required.

7.4 Automated and Artificial Activity

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform — including placing bets, generating arbitrage strategies, or scraping odds data — is strictly prohibited without express written authorisation from rvaji.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may close a Player Account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rvaji support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, rvaji will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding bets. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cool-off period or a full self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools available in the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and prevent the Player from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. rvaji will not process withdrawal requests that bypass a self-exclusion arrangement. 8.3 Closure by rvaji

rvaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A Player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or legal requirement mandates closure.
• rvaji ceases to offer services to Players in the relevant jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by rvaji due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, rvaji reserves the right to retain the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by rvaji — all unsettled bets will be void and stakes refunded (unless void stakes are excluded under the terms of a specific prohibited conduct finding), all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the Player's right to access the Platform will cease immediately. rvaji retains transaction records and Account data for the legally required retention period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
